A BILL to amend article nine, chapter sixty-four of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new
section, designated section nineteen, relating to
authorizing the board of physical therapy to
promulgate a legislative rule relating to general
provisions.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article nine, chapter sixty-four of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section,
designated section nineteen, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND
BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-19. Board of physical therapy.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on
the fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-nine, under the authority of section five, article
twenty, chapter thirty, of this code, modified by the
board of physical therapy to meet the objections of the legislative rule-making review committee and refiled in
the state register on the twenty-ninth day of December,
one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, relating to the
board of physical therapy (general provisions, 16 CSR 1),
is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the
Board of Physical Therapy to promulgate a legislative
rule relating to General Provisions.
